The modular design of an ASSEMBLY+ workstation is versatile and flexible. Permanent adaptation and expansion of individual components is easily possible.The integrative modular system, you can assemble single or multi-user systems, assembly or production lines and supply trolleys, from a few different components.

The special ASSEMBLY+ connection technology, you have the possibility of combining serial parts made of steel with aluminum profile elements. You can store equipment of any kind neatly and close to hand, on the perforated walls and ergonomically adjustable material shelves

Robotic Assembly Automation

The Robotic Arm for screwdrivers is an ultra-lightweight, compact collaborative industrial robot, ideal for table-top applications.

Its small footprint makes it ideal to be built directly inside machinery or in other tight workspaces. This robot weighs only 11kg, but has a payload of 3kg.

Its ±360-degree rotation on all wrist joints, and infinite rotation on the end joint, makes it well-suited for light assembly and screwdriving applications.

Different payload options : 3kg, 5kg, 12.5kg and 16kg

Automation Screwdrivers and Spindles

SKYLOG’s high performance automatic screwdrivers / spindles for screws ensure efficient production methods with excellent quality by automatic feeding of the fasteners and by fully automated processes.

All models are characterized by low operating costs. Due to the superior design of our screwdrivers a tool change is possible within the shortest time. If a screw can’t be tightened properly, it will be removed automatically.

This feature ensures that the fastening process will be continued even if the screw quality is not optimal.

In addition, the workpiece surface is spared scratches because the feed system always automatically places the screw in exactly the right position on the screwdriving point. The system can be used in combination with positioning systems.

Standard Tightening Solutions for Challenging Applications

Be it a new car or an aircraft, a commercial vehicle or an off-road truck, a home appliances or a furniture, it is quite common for operators to find that fasteners are positioned too close to surrounding panels or too close to other components to be accessible using a single tool. These tightening points are not easily accessible with the standard tools and need specific head adaptation.

SKYLOG offers a selection of crowfoots and can be combined with a 90° / 110° and 360° angle head. A patented indicator confirms that the attachment is correctly engaged, saving time and ensuring safe operation.

For added flexibility, the new attachment is suitable for use on tube nuts as well as standard nuts and bolts – with or without a hold & drive option. There is even a nifty integrated magnet in the head that attracts swarf and metal particles to prevent wear and improve tool durability!

The modularity in design allows the creation of a solution that perfectly fits the application. It is possible to create a configuration with transducerized or Clutch, battery powered or cabled, electric or pneumatic along with a precise output sockets with a rage of Hold and drive bits with extensions.
